Shipping & Returns

We try to keep our shipping and return policy simple and straight forward. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Our goal is to advertise and provide the best possible Vintage Fashions at the best prices. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so you continue to come to us for future purchases. Our Vintage items are rare and usually one of a kind items, so in the event we mis-represent the item you purchase we offer the following return options:

Refunds/Store Credits will only be issued if the return is as a result of the item being "not as described", meaning if you claim the item came with a stain that we know didn't exist through our in depth display photos, we will not authorize a return/refund for this. However, if the item came with a stain and the item was not advertised as having a stain, we will accept the item back for a full refund or store credit including shipping. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us. Store credits are good forever.

The item must be postmarked within 3 days of the original delivery date. You must NOTIFY us that you wish to return the item back to us by emailing returns@vintagefirm.com. You must include an explanation of why you would like to return the item and if you are looking for a store credit or refund. If the return is authorized we will issue an RMA #. This number needs to appear on the return package. Sorry, if the item is not postmarked within the 3 day period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

We do our best to make sure all of our garments are in excellent condition and look to not sell anything that is torn or stained unless specifcically advertised that way. All our items are sold "as is". Authentic vintage clothing from the era advertised will have a degree of wear from near perfect condition to well worn. We will not accept any return at all if you damage your item. We take an abundance of up close photos of each & every item inside and out. 

Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

TO RETURN:

Mail the package to the address we sent you (the return address on the box & on the packing slip) within the 3 day return period from the date the package was delivered to you by the post office, not from when you opened the box. When we get it back, we will send you your store credit or refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days. We are not responsible for lost items that are left with no signature or insurance.

We provide proof of mailing, insurance, delivery & signature confirmation on all packages. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail so we require insurance at the buyers expense.
